Catherine is a Digital Product Designer with a strong commercial and strategic background. With over 8 years of experience, she started her career in product development within the retail industry, collaborating closely with global supply partners before moving into digital product design. In her work, she combines her business insight with an open-minded and adaptable approach to the creative problem-solving process, getting to the root of user needs and business challenges to create truly user-centric solutions.

Beyond work, Catherine enjoys illustrating for friends and family and catching the latest exhibitions, food spots and films that London has to offer. Having grown up in Madrid and Hull, she loves exploring new places as much as a trip up north to her hometown!

Marie is a Senior Consultant in the Product & Programme Management team, bringing 8+ years of experience in client services and product ownership across agencies, startups, and global brands. She began her career at Dior (LVMH) before transitioning into the digital industry, first at a tech agency advising leading automotive companies on their digital transformation, and later at startups—including in sustainable fashion and healthcare. Now at Pattrn, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on product expertise, translating business objectives into impactful digital experiences.

Born in Vienna, Marie has lived in five countries and seven cities. She loves exploring food markets and new areas of London, city travel, and interior design. You'll often find her tuning into podcasts or riding her bike to work.

George is a Senior Consultant in the Product & Programme Management team, where he serves as a key point of contact for clients and brings strategic insight to every project.

Passionate about the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, and design, he thrives on collaboration—working closely with design, development, and data teams to create digital experiences that deliver real business impact.

Outside of work, George trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, enjoys traveling and immersing himself in new cultures, and remains determined—despite years of effort—to learn Spanish.

At Pattrn, Chris oversees the design discipline. He is responsible for recruiting, nurturing and inspiring the team’s design talent. He ensures the highest quality product craft and design thinking across all projects. With a passion for crafting beautiful interactions at a tactical and strategic level and with his hands-on approach he’s always involved at any stage of product development to ensure the best user experience.

Chris is a proud dad and family man. Most of his spare time is spent with his young family and wife. When he has a rare spare moment, he's running, listening to podcasts or playing chess. When he's not designing digital experiences - if it’s a sunny day - you’ll definitely catch Chris cooking up a mean braai. His proudest achievement is running the Comrades marathon (90km) with his brothers.

Becks is our Strategy Principal with over 20 years of digital experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insight to every Studio project. Her extensive background spans media and communications planning, advertising, and marketing for brands like Virgin Media, British Gas, ASDA, NIVEA, Birds Eye and Durex, all of which has resulted in her deep passion for creating impactful experiences that connect businesses to their audiences in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Becks is a part-time taxi driver for her three daughters, loves to cook (preferably for adults who truly appreciate her creations), and is always on the hunt for new opportunities to tick off names from her restaurant bucket list.

Alastair leads our long-term strategic client partnerships with a passion for design, product development and technology. He ensures the highest quality service, methodology and thinking across our client work. He is closely involved in the day-to-day strategy our all projects. His experience spans B2B and B2C across many sectors and industries with clients of all sizes and scales. He supports clients with product and UX strategy, design thinking practice, transformation and implementation.

Probably responsible for 1% of the sales of Yorkshire Gold Tea and Uniqlo black jumpers, globally. Dad to three girls with distant memories of peaceful and civilised recreational pursuits. Plays tennis like a dad. Loves the kitchen, the garden and the Lake District.

Harumi has a design background and 15+ years of experience in client services, leading projects across experience design, service design, and brand strategy, driven by her strong belief that design should be a key driver of business and social growth. She has worked with brands like Unilever, AXA XL, Lloyds Banking Group, Cancer Research UK and more. As a key client liaison at Pattrn, she translates strategic objectives into product development programmes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful customer and digital experiences.

With a Japanese-Colombian background and a passion for exploring the world, Harumi enjoys gigs, films, cooking (or eating!), dance and yoga classes, or simply strolling through London.

With over eight years of experience in agencies across London and Hong Kong, Joe started his career in a creative agency, producing TVCs for brands like Dyson while honing his skills in account management and digital strategy. He then moved to Hong Kong, where he joined a digital agency specialising in complex web design, development, and digital transformation projects for startups, SMEs, and global enterprises. Now based in South London, he lives with his girlfriend and their cat, King Louie.

Whether he's spinning records at home, playing games, or out with friends having one too many beers, he balances it all with a deep love of sports - watching Arsenal (for better or worse) or playing hockey, football, squash, and basketball whenever he gets the chance.

Nick is a Lead Product Designer with a diverse background spanning design, development, and management. He has worked across startups, SaaS platforms, and large enterprises, gaining experience across Web, Native Apps, AI, VR, AR, and Games. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with clients such as Google, Facebook, Disney, EA Sports, Audi, and Nickelodeon. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to bridge the gap between teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Beyond work, Nick enjoys creating, whether it’s building furniture, tinkering with apps, or experimenting. He’s also Passionate about supporting others and mentors designers, helping them grow in their careers and craft.

Raquel is a Senior Digital Product Designer with a background in brand and multimedia design. With experience spanning agencies in both Barcelona and the UK, she has worked with brands such as LEON, Franco Manca, Visit Cornwall, and Decathlon. Originally starting as a brand designer, she transitioned into product design, drawn by her passion for precision, systems, and user psychology.

Beyond work, she enjoys playing the piano and cello, crocheting, and attempting to befriend every neighbourhood cat. Originally from Catalonia, she now calls South-East London home.

Sam is a Digital Product Designer, who started her career in Merchandising for TK Maxx and River Island, before moving into the digital product industry. Sam brings a strong foundation in user analysis and product thinking to her work, using her analytical approach to uncover insights and craft intuitive, user-focused experiences. Originally from Somerset, Sam now calls East London home and loves to travel whenever she can. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring creative projects, making the most of London’s many coffee shops and heading to the beach.

Kristen is a Senior Digital Product Designer with a background working in both product design and architecture. She gained her Master of Architecture in Wellington, New Zealand and then moved to London, working in the architecture industry for 6 years before studying UX/UI and making the switch to Digital Product Design. Drawing on her previous experience working on a range of architecture projects across New Zealand, London, New York, Taipei and Sydney, she brings with her an analytical outlook and a passion for creatively solving complex problems to come up with impactful user-centred solutions. Whilst being a product designer, she has worked in agencies with several brands, such as Sony and M&S.

Outside of work, she can be found on overseas adventures, with a pencil-in-hand sketching, waterskiing and fishing (when she’s back in New Zealand) and exploring her way around London’s cafe’s, restaurants and concerts. Originally from New Zealand,

Connie is an Associate Programme and Product Manager with a background in Modern Languages. She enjoys building strong client relationships and taking a people-first approach to problem-solving. Passionate about design and digital products, she loves collaborating with teams to create meaningful experiences.

Originally from the Kent coast, and having lived in four European Capitals, Connie now calls South London home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, doing pilates, and improving her pottery skills.
